For week two of my 365two project, I decided to keep a food/drink diary in sketch book style. For the last few years, I’ve been fairly preoccupied with what I eat and drink, so it was an easy topic to focus on. I’m supposed to be on a restricted diet for food sensitivity reasons, but this week, I only managed to follow it 2/3rd’s of the time. Given that food sensitivity reactions stay in your system for at least seven days (or so my naturopath tells me), I essentially broke my diet the whole time. That’s not great. On a good note though, I got lots of vegetables in!
