I just purchased a 18-35mm f/1:8 Sigma lens to complement my 50mm f/1:8 Nikkor lens. I was looking for something fast and sharp with a wide aperture, and although I had originally planned on getting another prime, this lens seems to check off everything on my list of wants. I’m excited to try it out over the next few months, and to learn how to shoot well with this particular lens. In the meantime, I thought I’d share some of the first photos that I’ve taken with it. I must say, I had a little photographer moment when I saw that bokeh!
ps. Thanks to Chris at Photo Central for your advice. I think this lens will be a very good fit for me.
