I knew I wouldn’t have much time this week to focus on my 365two project, so I decided to keep it simple and doodle patterns for most of the week. On average, I spent maybe 2-3 minutes per, so the quality is not so great. It was amusing though. Today I looked around my house to find an object with a pattern on it, and decided to photograph a very special family gift.
When my Grandpa was alive, leather work was one of his hobbies. My mom recently got this purse back from a neighbour (my Grandpa had given it as a gift decades ago), and she then re-gifted it to a very grateful me. It must have taken such patience to tool all of those patterns into the leather.
Love these patterns K, I love that inspiration finds you as you need it – I’d say that was perfect timing.
Thanks Dan!
